Pierson Family Reunion

Last Sunday, we traveled to Mason City for the Pierson family reunion.  Royce and Connie flew up from Florida to attend, and I know Joe was unbelievably anxious to see them!  All of the great-grand kids had a wonderful time playing at the park, indulging in water balloon fights, and playing on the merry-go-round.  Royce and "Shorty" shared many stories of their childhood and younger years with everyone which was incredible to hear.  They have had incredible experiences in their lives that I never knew about.  I feel so honored to be a part of the Pierson family and love them all as my own!  Cheers until the next family reunion!
