Banx's Birthday

For Banx's birthday, Beau and I went to have lunch with her at school (since Osky didn't have school). Then I treated Banx for manicure/pedicure to celebrate her special day turning 8! :) Love you, Bankers!

Thanksgiving 2018

For Thanksgiving this year, we had 3 to got to/host. It was so good to see family we normally don't get to see that often. To wrap up the emotions and feelings this year for Thanksgiving, I am simply overly grateful and blessed to have my family and friends. This year I have learned who true, genuine friends are and to stay away from the unnecessary things/people who bring you down in life. Beau, Baine and Piper have most definitely been my saving grace the past year. I cannot imagine life without them and I am so thankful to be their mom.

And Beau started to learn to ride a bike with help from Papa, Daddy and Uncle Austin!

Banx and Beau put on a play on the "Original Thanksgiving" :)

Brok and I wanted to get our tradition of Black Friday shopping going again--so of course she had us matching shirts made :)

Boot Lover

Piper is in a shoe craze right now (I wonder who she gets that from) and is obsessed with wearing boots. She will even "steal" your boots and wear them around as hers :) Love this little fashionista here!

"First" Ponytail

FINALLY, Piper is getting enough hair for a ponytail. She loves to have her hair played with and likes to be a "big helper" with doing her hair now ;)

3 Little Monkeys in Bed..

Seeing these three cuddle together in the mornings makes my day so happy instantly. They are all now at the point where they love to lay in mommy and daddy's bed together and watch cartoons before we have breakfast. I wonder how long this will last?? :)

Piper Collins: Talking More and More

Happy Birthday, Mom

I have no words other than today sucks. And I cried for the first time in awhile over you again. My grieving process I thought was done. I thought I was "over" the situation. I am clearly not. And as one of my friends told, I probably won't ever be and it's okay to not be "okay". And as I put on Facebook...

We should be at the spa today celebrating your birthday. Getting pampered and watching you win a jackpot. Instead I had to scrape snow off my car this morning, and you didn’t answer your phone when I called to gripe about it. Life isn’t fair. It doesn’t make sense at times. And I have come to the conclusion that I will never understand why it was your time to go. Just know that I love you more than ever, and I miss my best friend every single day.
Love you, P

Beau's Birthday Party With Friends

Since Beau is FINALLY almost healed from his arm, we were able to have his birthday party with friends on Saturday. This is such a nice group of boys, and love how well they all play together. Happy 7th birthday, Beau Paxton!
