Piper Brushing Teeth

SNOW!!

Baine and Piper woke me up early Saturday morning with so much excitement that there was snow! They both got dress ALL ON THEIR OWN! And were out the door by 8:00 am to play. It was Koby's first experience in the snow, and he loved it!

Floyd the Elf is BACK! :)

Putting the Star on the Tree

We always put our tree up early in our house, but we wait until after Thanksgiving to put the star on the top of the tree. This is Baine's favorite part. He was so excited to do it this year--and of course Piper thought she had to help too.

One on one with Santa and Mrs. Clause :)

Saturday we took the kids to Pella to have a one-on-one visit with Santa and Mrs. Clause.
Piper want: purple Kindle
Baine want: dinosaur, helicopter and Spiderman legos
Beau want: Avengers legos or any kind of legos

Selfies of Piper and Mommy

Piper is definitely my mini-me. Not only does she look just like me (or so I'm told) but she loves to take pictures just like her mommy. The other night I was asking her if I could take a picture of her in her cute outfit by the tree, and she said "only if mama takes a picture with me!"

Piper at Dance

Piper absolutely is loving dance, and looks forward to it every Wednesday. I love seeing her interact with the other girls and "shine" in her element :)

Koby James--Christmas 2020

Since giving Koby a haircut, we can see his eyes and just love him so much! He is so naughty, and still trying to get this who potty training thing down. Even with all of that, the kids and I love him so stinking much and are so excited to have a dog again :)

Santa at Mahaska Drug-2020

Well, it could have been better, could have been worse ;)

Errands and Craft Day

Last weekend we did some small town shopping before Christmas. We took the kids to see Santa at Mahaska drug, got a bag of crafts, went up town to the book vault, and ended with getting Smokey Row hot cocoa and ice-cream. I love these small, simple times together. The kids get so excited over the littlest things, which reminds me of how little you actually need for memories to cherish forever. I love seeing these kids so happy:)

Friday Nights With Friends

We were supposed to go to the Lighted Christmas Parade drive thru last weekend with our friends Kendal and Amanda, however the line was so long we decided to just go eat and come back home and spend time together. The kids love to play and had so much fun. We love seeing all of our friends whenever we can :)

Friendsgiving 2020

We had Friendsgiving at our house with our Ozark crew. It was so fun to get together, catch up, and just continue making our memories. I love this group of friends and can't wait to continue our Ozark trips for all the years to come!
