-LOVES his big brother :)

Miniature Golfing

Last Saturday we took the boys miniature golfing at the mall.  We took Beau miniature golfing two summers ago with Clint and Tara, and we haven't gone since.  My dad and Shari met us at the mall with Banx, and we had a great time!  Dad helped Beau and Banx learn to hit the ball, but they different plans with just picking up their ball and dropping it in the hole.

Beau loved Bebub's hole the best since it was
decorated in blue lights :)

Valentine's Day

This year for Valentine's Day we started off celebrating with Beau and Baine. While I do love having alone time with Joe, I still love doing things as a family, especially now with our two sons :).  After taking the boys miniature golfing at the mall, Joe and I had a great day with Clint and Tara.  Later that night, we met up with other friends at the Pub, making it a Valentine's Day to remember forever.  I am so grateful for my THREE valentines this year---Joe, Beau and Baby Baine.  The three of them definitely spoiled me with beautiful flowers being delivered at school.  Joe is setting up a great example of how we expect our boys to treat their future wives.

Pierson Men Working at the Lake

The other weekend, Scott, Josh, Joe and Beau went to the lake to check on the boat.  I was a little nervous about Beau going, fearing that his attention span would not do well with the guys trying to work, but Joe said that Beau was so well-behaved.  Beau kept telling me the rest of the week how he helped work on "Chelle's boat".
Beau insisted on wearing his "engineer's" hat under his
stocking hat while working on the boat.

Table Manners

After Beau and Banx's Art Show, we all went out to eat at Peppers.  We can often be skeptical about taking the kids out to eat since they get restless and cannot sit for long periods of time---just like every other 3/4 year old.  However, Beau and Banx were so well behaved.  They are both growing up so fast, I wish time would just stand still!

Beau's Art Show 2015

Tonight Beau had an Art Show at the library for his pre-school class with Ms. Richelle.  They had tri-folds set up with a few pieces of their art they have made so far this year in pre-school.  I am so impressed with what Beau has learned this year and I just love that he is making new friends.  I can't wait to see what he makes for next year's art show :)

Happy Baby

Baine, you are all smiles and giggles these days.  Whenever I walk up to you, or anyone for that matter, you have a smile that takes over your face.  You are on an amazing schedule and you stick to it!  Sleeping 11-12 hours at night has been a blessing to us :).  You absolutely adore your big brother, Beau.  When you two are laying in mommy's bed, Beau is normally watching TV while you just look at your brother like he means the world to you.  Baine, your giggles make all of my stress go away whenever I hear it.  I just cannot believe that you are almost four months old already.  I want you to stay my little baby forever!  We love you so much Baine-Joe and we are loving watching you grow everyday :)
Papa and She-She took this photo of you when they had you over the first time ALONE :)  They definitely spoiled you rotten that day with nothing but constant attention!

Baine's Newborn Pictures

Amy just posted a handful of Baine's newborn pictures on Facebook the other day.  I absolutely love these photos.  Amy is so talented and does such an amazing job.  She has given me the most beautiful pictures that I will cherish forever!

Valentine's Dance

Wednesday was the Valentine's Dance at church for the kids.  Normally, Beau loves to dance and show off his moves.  But apparently he just wasn't in the mood that night at church.  I am noticing more and more how shy Beau is in an environment he is not comfortable with.  And I think with all of the adults and older kids he normally doesn't see, it made him nervous.  Nana did get Beau to dance a little and even do the Limbo.  I can't believe at next year's dance I will have Beau AND Baine there dancing away :)

Baine is definitely a good baby!  He needs to stick to his schedule, and he can just about anywhere!  When it is 7:00/7:30, he needs to be asleep in bed.  He crashed at the dance and went to sleep on one of the tables :)

We've Got a Skater On Our Hands!

Joe came home from work the other day saying, "Don't be mad, but I spoiled Beau and bought him something really cool."  I didn't even dare ask what it was because I was too afraid to know!  Nonetheless, Joe followed through and did get Beau something special indeed---his first pair of roller-skates!  At first Beau didn't know what to think of them and wasn't a fan, but now he wants to wear them everyday and asks to roller-skate to his room at night before bed :)  I think the green, spike helmet was a nice touch, too :).  Good job Daddy on spoiling your oldest son!

Disney Live!

On Sunday, Joe, Austin, Brook and I took Beau and Banx to Disney Live!  Brook and I bought tickets last fall for good seats, and we ended up getting 3rd row!  I am so glad we were able to have the kids be close to the stage, otherwise I don't think Beau would have enjoyed it as much.  The kids had a great time and it was definitely worth every penny to see them so happy and having fun :)
