It was always Beau and I's tradition to go to Smokey Row after school on Friday's for a short mommy/son date. We carried this over with Baine, however this year has been crazy and hectic that we haven't made very many of our Friday dates. I hope this changes soon, especially once I am on maternity leave. Last Friday I was able to take the boys on our date and have ice-cream or as Baine says "high cream". They both know the drill, go to the ice-cream container and pick out their flavor. Baine kept telling me he wanted "Candy", and he was getting so mad. Then we finally found out he wanted Cotton Candy ice-cream. Duh mommy, how did you not know that?! :)
