To celebrate the boys' birthdays at home, we tried to make it as special as possible. They weren't allowed to leave or see anyone due to quarantine, but that didn't stop us from having the best day together. We gave the kids a Fun Day at home. We played tag, Duck Duck Goose, and even let the boys light off fireworks---yes we are terrible parents ;) I know it was all worth it, because Baine told me "it was the best birthday ever".
Beau's request was no cake since he hates frosting, but he wanted chocolate chip banana bread instead of his cake.
We Facetimed family and sang happy birthday, and tried to make it as special as possible. Overall, I think mission was accomplished.
