Uncle Austin's Little Helper

Since we had a large amount of snowfall last weekend, Austin came to blade our driveway.  It only took a few minutes for Beau to realize that Uncle Austin had his "skivloader" at our house.  Beau insisted that he ride with Austin to help him blade snow.  Beau said he wants to help Austin do all of the houses from now on:)

Happy Birthday, Bond!

Last week was Bond's 1st birthday!  I cannot believe he is 1 already! :)  Brook did an amazing job decorating for the party with a "001" theme.  And Bond definitely loved his cake.  Happy birthday buddy, we love you so much and are so excited to see you grow throughout the rest of your life :)

Two "Bs" in a Pod

It is definitely true that Beau is LOVING being a big brother, and Baine is loving his big brother just as much!  Beau is always asking to hold Baine or to feed him.  I love it when they snuggle together, especially when they take naps together at Mary's :)

Where's Waldo??

The other night Joe went to check in on Beau to make sure he was asleep.  Beau decided to sleep on the top bunk that night and insisted on sleeping with all of his stuffed animals.  Can you find Beau in the picture?? :)

Super Bowl Party

It has become tradition to have a Super Bowl party at our house.  This year we kept it up!  Beau kept saying all week "Is it my football party yet?  My party for me and my elephants?"  He was so excited that people showed up for "his party" :).  Beau and Emmy enjoyed playing in the snow while the adults played cards and just relaxed during the game.  Tara and Baine needed a little nap first :)

Close Your Eyes

The other night we were on our way home and we told Beau he had to close his eyes.  He REFUSED to close his eyes because he did not want to fall asleep.  We told him, the sooner you close your eyes, the closer it will be to your SuperBowl party.  (Beau is now determined to have a party for him and his elephants every weekend)  This certainly did the trick, and this is what Beau looked like when he was "trying" to keep his eyes close....
