The Boating Life Continues

We are living for the weekends at the lake already. The boys are at the ages where they are finally easy to take care of the lake and are good at entertaining themselves. Piper, well, she is working on it ;) The kids' favorite spot at the lake is at the beach---and honestly, it's ours too :) We love seeing so many of our friends and spending the whole day/weekend together relaxing and playing in the water. Cannot wait for all the weekends like this to come :)

Summer 2020

We are officially on summer break, and it has been off to a great start! The pool is up and running, and it is getting it's full use :) Summer 2020 is going to be a good one, I just know it! 

Movie Night With Vinny

Vinny LOVES taking his "school family" to the movies. So Joe, the boys and I joined him for the Trolls 2 movie the other week. It was just us and one other family---so it was nice to have the place to ourselves and not be crowded. Vinny, you are the man! :)

Weekends Are For Boating

I cannot believe I have students who are old enough to be at the age of drinking already, how did that happen?! I am officially starting to feel old :) Loved seeing Brittany and Audrey and catching up :) 

Baine and Beau now have a favorite new "toy" at the lake--riding the bull. So far, Baine is the only one who can stay on the longest :) 

Kim's Retirement Get-together

One of my dearest friends and co-worker, Kim, retired at the end of this school year. It hasn't fully hit me yet, and probably won't until this fall, that I won't see her at school everyday anymore. She is an amazing teacher, a wonderful friend, and an amazing mom. A few of us that are close with Kim decided to throw her a surprise get together on our last day of school/work day a few weeks ago. She was completely surprised and we had the best time. Congrats, Kim! I am so excited for you and your new journey :)
