Babysitter Love

Our family absolutely adores our babysitters, Kaylee and Abby. They quickly have become one of us, and the kids just love them to pieces. You know you have "won the lottery" when you find good, reliable babysitters who treat your kids like royalty :)

8 Year Anniversary: 4-2-11

Joe and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary on Tuesday. Neither of us can believe it's ONLY been 8 years, and that it's ALREADY been 8 years--all in one :) Love looking back at our wedding pictures and reminiscing at how fun it was to have our close friends and family witness our special day💗

Baine: Star of the Week at School

This week, Baine was Star of the Week at school which meant he was allowed to bring a special guest and they could read a book to the class. Baine's pick for his special guest--Beau Beau :) Beau was also just as excited to go to his little brother's school and read a book. This also meant I was able to go today as a guest--and I never am able to do preschool pick ups/drop offs. So it was a special treat for me too.  

We are so proud of you, Baine. You are doing so well in school, you have made so much growth, and are doing better than we ever expected! We love you buddy! 

Church Family Bowling Night

Beau and I attended Osky's Mother/Son Bowling night on Friday, and we had so much fun on our "date". Beau is loving bowling more and more, and is getting quite competitive ;)

We were lucky enough to get paired with our good friends Stacey and Bryson from school! 

And of course Beau's buddy Andrew was next to us again as well :) 

Baine Quotables at 4 Years Old

Joe: Baine you need to eat your hot dogs.
Baine: Daddy, these hot dogs have black marks on them!
Joe: It's okay, eat them anyways.
Baine: I can't! The black marks make my neck hurt!!!!

Paige: Baine, go grab your shoes downstairs.
Baine: I can't.
Paige: Why not?
Baine: Because this is your house, it's not my house. So YOU have to go grab them!

Baine: I need to eat something healthy.
Paige: Okay, what do you want for a snack then?
Baine: chocolate chip muffins
Paige: Muffins aren't healthy, Baine.
Baine: Yes they are! I need 4 muffins because I'm 4, and 4 is a healthy number!

Piper's Cry at 6 Weeks Old

I was going through old pictures and videos, and found this video of Piper crying at a hair appointment (for myself). I am so happy I recorded this cry because I already forgot what she sounded like! I do miss that little cry :( She is growing wayyyyyyy too fast.
