Well, we were brave and took all three kids to the basketball game Friday night. But, to our surprise, all 3 were awesome! I truly couldn't believe how well behave all 3 were. That rarely happens when we are out in public :) I am so glad Beau and Baine enjoyed the game. Looks like we have a new Friday night date night :)

Christmas Parade 2017
It was the perfect night for the parade this year. The weather was beautiful and the kids were all actually in good moods! :)
Beau's Thanksgiving Feast at School
Before Thanksgiving break, Beau had a Thanksgiving Feast at school with all of the grades in the hallway. He was so excited for this and couldn't wait to tell me about it when he got home from school :) I love the traditions and fun activities he is doing at school. Thank you OES for making my son LOVE school!
Beau's 1st Year of Basketball
Well, since swim team didn't work out for this year (ONLY THIS YEAR ;), Beau decided he wanted to give basketball a shot. He had evaluations a couple weekends ago and did surprisingly well for never playing before! He made 6/10 and 8/10 of his right/left hand shots. Not too shabby for beginners luck :)
Update on Baine's Ears
Great news!!! Baine no longer has tubes! yeah!!! One fell out last weekend, so I took him in this week thinking we were going to need to put a new pair in, but instead Dr. Close took the other tube out and said he was good to go! I pray he doesn't need them again. But even if he does, there could be far worse thing in life to happen. So what's the big deal with another set of tubes?! As for now, we are grateful with the progress he has made and his speech. Keep it up buddy, we are proud of you!
Michelle's Birthday
We celebrated Michelle's birthday last Wednesday since Josh was home and we had a great night together. We ate out in Pella, then ended the night with a drink or two at the Pella Pub. I hope you had a great birthday, Michelle. We love you!
Gerard Thanksgiving
We hosted Thanksgiving at our house again this year for Michelle's side of the family. It was a nice, calm relaxing day with great food. Joe of course had to have his duck :)
