St. Pete Beach Vacation

Joe and I were in Florida last week for spring break, and to mainly be down there for Dena's wedding. We decided to take a few extra days to have some mommy/daddy time--which was desperately needed. St. Pete will always be special to us for two main reasons: 1) it is the place where Joe told Josh he was in love with me and knew he wanted to marry me and 2) it is the spot where we actually were married :). Joe and I stayed at a new resort, Hotel Zamora which was AMAZING. The weather could not have been more perfect, our flights and travel went smoothly, and Joe was able to rent his dream "dad car". Overall, it was amazing.

Joe's Birthday!

For Joe's birthday, I wanted to do something extra special to spoil him and let him know how much he is appreciated at home. This is not in my normal comfort zone to be all "mushy" and sweet---but I think it turned out pretty good ;) We had Ash Wednesday service on his birthday, so we weren't able to do anything big. But I hope you still had a great day! Happy birthday, Joe! We love you so much and hope you have the best year ever!! 

Grant Being Inducted to Iowa's Hall of Fame

We are all SO PROUD of Grant for being inducted into the Hall of Fame (which took place during the halftime of the boys championship game--how perfect was that timing?!). Grandma Peggy would be so incredibly of you, Grant. She is smiling down looking at you still I'm sure :)

2019 Boys Basketball Class 3A STATE CHAMPS!

We are so proud of our Osky boys for winning state this year! Their dedication and hard work paid off! Beau LOVED going to the games again this year---and was cheering the whole time. I totally wish my mom would have been here to see the boys win state. She sure loved basketball and would have loved seeing them play at the Well for the past two years.

Baine Joe and His Lunch Dates

Baine loves school right now, and I think mainly because he knows he gets to eat lunch with Grandma Chelle or Daddy almost every day of school. Joe sent me this picture the other day of Baine totally zoned out and eating his fries, which sums him up pretty well :)
