Welcome Henrik Joel Stout!

Our good friends, Joel and Allison, had a baby boy a few weeks ago. We were eager to meet him and congratulate their expanding family! Hadley was a proud sister to show off her new baby and wanted to be near Piper the whole time too :) Congrats Joel and Allison!!

Piper and Regan: 3 months and 11 months

These two cuties are going to be best of friends growing up, and I am sure never get into any trouble at all ;)

Memorial Weekend 2017

For Memorial Weekend, we went to Thunderhead with my sister and then to Rathbun to spend time with Joe's family. It was an all around great weekend and Piper did amazing for her first time boating and at the lake.  Looks like all 3 Pierson kids will be water babies :)

Baine: Potty Training

Baine is potty trained! Okay not completely, but he's off to a good start! Papa and She-She offered to take Baine for the weekend a couple of weeks ago and work hard with him on potty training. While he is still having accidents, he truly is doing a good job. We have quickly realized that he is incredibly stubborn and will only use the toilet when he wants to. Or when you give him a ton of candy :)

Beau's Last Couple of Days of Pre-K

We were extremely blessed this year to have Ms. Deb as a teacher for Beau. She did an amazing job helping him grow in his faith and academics. We are so grateful for amazing teachers like her! On their last week of school, they went on a field trip to the zoo in Des Moines. Beau wasn't impressed that all of the animals weren't out, and wasn't shy to hold back :) Nana went with him and they were able to enjoy the day together with his classmates.

Last Day of School: End of 6th year of teaching

I cannot believe school is out already, and that I have completed my 6th year of teaching. I have LOVED teaching and truly believe I am in the right career path. While it has its trying times, and just like most jobs, it can be tiring and difficult, I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. I am so grateful for Osky schools and the work family I am part of. Beau will be in Kindergarten this fall and I cannot WAIT for him to be an Osky Indian just like his mom and dad, and grandparents.

I had some AMAZING students this year and will truly miss them. Secretly, I am already missing some of my students and it's only be a couple of weeks.
