Beau's Pre School Field Trips

Beau absolutely loves school. He is always excited to go to Ms. Richelle's and learn from her.  He knows how to spell his name, can write his name, can write most letters in the alphabet and recognize them, and is even able to color inside the lines now.  Ms. Richelle has been phenomenal with him, and I am so grateful.  This year they have gone on a field trip to the First Station, and to Autumn Acres.  They even had a Halloween party at school :)

New "Old" Toy

Grandpa Scott fixed up one of Joe's old toys for Beau, and Beau has not stopped talking about it!  He was so excited to go to Grandma and Grandpa's the other day to play with it :)  Next Baine will be trying to ride on it!

No Words

There are no words to describe the moods of the children in this picture ;)  I found it today, and had to make sure I saved it! :)

Best Friends

Whether they are cuddling in bed watching cartoons, riding around in their truck, or eating popcorn during a movie, these two are inseparable.  Baine completely adores his big brother, and Beau is so patient with him.  I am sure this is short lived ;)

Beau's Craziness

Beau is quite the entertainer lately.  He is 100% into the Avengers right now, and LOVES to dress up as Iron Man or Hulk every single day.  He even likes to combine different super hero costumes :).  When he isn't running around in a cape yelling "Hulk SMASH", he is playing basketball and PIG with daddy.  I am not sure when he decided he liked basketball, but it basically happened overnight.  He always plays a game of PIC at night with Joe before bed.  And when Beau gets a "P", he will start pouting saying "But Daddy, I don't have to pee!!!!"  Even when Beau is sleeping, he is dramatic.  He will be so mad at me in 10 years for the napping photo above :)

Mommy's Boys

It is a little too early to tell with Baine if he will be a mama's boys, or daddy's boy, but when Beau and Baine are together, they always flock to me :)  I love having them at my feet or on my hip (even on days when I am exhausted).  They are the light of my life, and I cannot imagine what life would be like if I didn't have my boys :)

Day at the Park With Daddy

I have been extremely busy this year at school with coaching and being on multiple committees.  Joe has truly been Mr. Mom for the past few months.  He has been so wonderful with getting the kids ready in the mornings, picking Beau up for preschool, and getting the kids fed/bathed/and in bed on nights when I have to work late.

Lunch date at the park after preschool
The other week, Joe took the boys to the park for their Daddy/Sons Date Day.  I am bummed I missed it, but the boys had so much fun together.  Beau is truly such a good big brother to Baine.  He helped push him on the swings, and wanted to always play next to Baine at the playground.  Goodness I hope he loves Baine this much forever :)
