Beau's New Accomplishment: Tying His Own Shoes!

I found a video that showed a trick to teach kids how to tie their shoes. I decided to give it a shot with Beau to see if he even wanted to learn how, and by golly, he had it nailed down within minutes! He is so proud that he can tie his own shoes now. As a "reward" he really wanted light up shoes. I refused to be that mom that allowed their child to wear the disney character light up shoes. So we compromised. I found these cute (and cheap) LED light up shoes that change colors. It is so cute to see his smile on his face once he puts on his own shoes and ties them himself. Where did my baby boy go?!
