Happy Birthday, Alex!

We went out in Pella to the new speak easy bar for Alex's birthday, and it was so fun! It had been so long since all of us had gotten together--so seeing our old friends was just what we needed before Christmas break. Thanks for always being an amazing friend to Joe, Alex! We hope you had the best birthday ever.

I am so incredibly proud of Baine---he not only made it through his whole Christmas program without having a meltdown due to the noise, but he also SANG AND did the actions! I couldn't believe it. He has made so much growth and he is just growing up way too fast for me!

Daddy's Little Office Helper

 

Piper gets to go to work with Daddy quite a bit since he is her main ride to pre-school. Her favorite thing to do is to look in his desk for candy, and to color---sometimes on paper she shouldn't ;)

Every year I LOVE getting posed pictures of the kids (especially Piper) by the Christmas tree. I will make her do this pose, in this spot until the day she moves out :) And she's going to love it :)

Christmas Card: 2021 Edition

Joe was in charge of our Christmas card this year, and two things happened: 1) our picture is with a ridiculous Santa and 2) Half of the cards never got mailed out--only the ones I delivered at school to my friends. Better luck next year for 2022??

 

Nights at Papa and She-She's

Whenever there is an opportunity to go to Papa and She-She's the kids BEG to go. During the holidays we tried to spend as much time as possible there since we would be gone from my family at Christmas. Harvey now comes "bye bye" with us and is loving that he gets to travel with us.
