Happy Easter- He is Risen

Easter was so nice this year: church was powerful, lunch was delicious, and the weather could not have been better. Thank you so much Dad and Shari for making the day so amazing for the kids--well for all of us! :)

Saturday = Family Fun Day

Saturday the kids and I were outside ALL day--and it was amazing. We played on the playground, jumped on the trampoline, and Beau and I even went on the bike path so he could ride his bike while I ran (he is much better/faster at riding than I am at jogging ;) We ended the day by having a bon fire and having the cousins over with Brook and Austin so we could have smores. You know the weekend is great when Beau says "why do the weekends have to be so short? I wish it could always be the weekend" This made me so happy :) It's the small/simple things in life-it truly is. 

William Penn Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday I took the kids to William Penn for the town's Easter Egg Hunt on campus. It was a beautiful morning and all 3 kids were great for me! Piper really loved finding eggs and Beau and Baine won prizes from their eggs. Thank you so much William Penn and Bank Iowa for putting this on!
