Daddy and Mommy's favorite little guy

People keep asking us who is going to "spoil" Beau more and who is going to do most of the disciplining...as of right now, it's a tough call!  Beau seems to have us both wrapped around his little finger :)  Joe and I have been so blessed to have such a healthy, happy little boy.  We have cherished every day with him and love watching him grow and learn new things.  This summer has certainly been extra special now that we have our own little family.

Clear Lake Family Weekend

To celebrate Connie and Royce's anniversary, all of our families went to Clear Lake for the weekend.  It was so wonderful to get to see everyone again and have a weekend full of family activities and relaxation.

4th of July cont...

To continue all of our 4th of July celebrations, we went boating all day with Billy, Ari and Emmy!   Beau and Emmy had a great time swimming in the water--as the adults enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing day at the lake!

Beginning to celebrate 4th of July!

This past weekend, we went to my Aunt Joi and Uncle Roger's lakehouse at Thunderhead.  It was so much fun to get to spend the weekend with them, and also my sister and her family.  Although we do not have many pictures, my sister was able to capture this adorable photo of Beau and Banx playing in the pool.  It is so special seeing these two together and how close they are becoming...just melts my heart :).
